Fonix Telematics
Fonix Telematics is a startup company that is focused on building Telematics software based on vehicle tracking. Fonix has a cloud-based solution that is being provided to the business clients who are looking for a vehicle tracking solution.

Business challenges
Fonix reported that a number of their clients misunderstood the primary functionality (i.e. reporting generation feature) due to the unappreciated UI/UX design, which was not user-friendly.

Solution
Axon provided the comprehensive analysis of key functionalities and main use cases, and as a result, suggested a completely new UI and UX design which was prepared by Axon`s UI/UX professional teams. The final concept was agreed upon and delivered to Fonix for further implementation:
- Mobile and web based versions.
- Designed using best practices of User Experience.
- Followed User Interface guides.
