We all face routine challenges that require our time and resources. Remember the situation when you procrastinated in cleaning-up your flat from one day to the next or the kitchen tap that unexpectedly broke down.

Problems like these are solvable, but sometimes it takes so much time to deal with them or find someone who’ll do it for you. A modern lifestyle demands that we manage familiar things in a modern way, for this purpose the client thought up the TaskUs.

Solution

On behalf of the client, our team developed a solution that is represented by a web application and the mobile app for iOS devices.

This solution gives end-users a helping hand by organizing their domestic tasks. By using TaskUs a user can post a job, find the Tasker and even make the payment for the work done.

Task posting

After a free sign up users can create a task by describing its details and adding visual materials.

Tasker choosing

Users can compare offers from Taskers and choose the right one. The app provides the possibility to confirm the tasks’ details and agree to the final price in a private chat.

Migration from several mobile applications to one mobile application.

Payment

When the Tasker is chosen the user sets the most convenient payment method: cash or non-cash payment with the TaskUs system.

When choosing the latter, the user will be asked to deposit the payment for the task. It will be charged only after the confirmation that the task is completed.

Experience rating

Users can share their experience of working with Taskers by rating the execution of the task and leaving the comments.

This function was created to make TaskUs a community where all members trust each other.
