About the project

Axon is looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our team in Poland. The Business Analyst's (BA) position revolves around understanding business needs, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and translating those needs into technical requirements. The position contributions help ensure that IT solutions align with business objectives and lead to improved processes, efficiency, and value creation. Business Analyst closely collaborates with development teams and other stakeholders, and is responsible for understanding the business's objectives, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating those requirements into clear and actionable specifications for the development team.

The project will be discussed during the Professional interview step.

What you need for this position

Core Business Analysis Skills:

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Ability to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements using various techniques (interviews, workshops, user stories);
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with clients, internal teams (development, QA), and end-users;
  • Documentation & Use Case Creation: Skilled at creating clear, concise, and comprehensive business requirements documents, user stories, use cases, and other documentation.

Technical Skills:

  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Knowledge;
  • Understanding of project management principles;
  • Familiarity with common project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).

Previous experience:

  • Experience working in an outsourced setting at least for 1+ year;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English) at Upper-Intermediate level.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct interviews, and workshops to gather detailed business requirements;
  • Analyze requirements, identify potential issues, and propose solutions;
  • Document requirements clearly and concisely using user stories;
  • Act as a bridge between the client, development team, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and refine requirements;
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation;
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings, perform groomings, and other project activities;
  • Identify and prioritize requirements based on project goals and user needs.
