About the project

Axon is  seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Middle  Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent in the field of software development and ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

What you need for this position

  • 2+ years of experience as a recruiter in IT industry (preferable Service companies or Recruitment agencies);
  • Strong knowledge of IT terminology including roles, technologies, and technical skill sets, with the ability to effectively evaluate candidates' expertise;
  • Proven track record in sourcing and attracting technical talent through various channels, including passive candidate sourcing techniques;
  • Experience in conducting recruitment interviews and assessing candidates' skills and competence;
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and effectively collaborate with hiring managers;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Intermediate level of English or higher.

What you will be doing

  • Perform the end-to-end recruitment process, including job offer negotiation, and pre-onboarding;
  • Utilize various sourcing channels to attract skilled software development professionals;
  • Review resumes, conduct screenings, and assess candidate suitability;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders;
  • Promote employer brand to attract best talents and to build strong network;
  • Stay updated on industry trends and take part in enhancing the hiring process.

Hiring process
